Central kitchen

The central kitchen in French Martigues currently handles 4500 meals per day and serves 47 satellite kitchens. This daily output is produced by the 28-man team with 4 chefs, 7 VarioCooking Center® units and 3 SelfCooking Center® units. The FRIMA units have all been in use since 2007. This dramatically improved the quality of the food and increased the variety while greatly cutting production times.

 

 

 

 

 

 

With the new FRIMA units, cooking is much faster and the flavour is significantly better.
